Gloucester: Miles Armand Yates, 76, died peacefully at his home September 28, 2018. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, the only child of the late Wilbur and Doris Yates. He was retired from Naval Weapon Station, Yorktown. He loved to work on antique cars and spend time with friends and family. He is survived by son, Jonathan Pere (Becki); grandchildren, Robby, Heather, Lucas, Vance, Hope, Ariel, Bobby, Alyssa and Alex; and ten great grandchildren. Services will be private. In memory of Miles, contributions may be given to Riverside Walter Reed Hospice, 7358 Main Street, Gloucester, VA 23061.
